Tetbury Town Council is creating a new and exciting Health and Wellbeing Service for Tetbury and the surrounding villages, as part of our recovery plan for the community following the Coronavirus pandemic and are looking for a new Community Wellbeing Coordinator.
The successful candidate will support our residents to address practical, social and emotional needs, that may be impacting on physical and mental health. Providing signposting to partnership organisations, connecting people with services and identifying any short falls of provision in our community. Supporting all ages and enabling our community to live well for longer.
Happy to work as part of a team or alone, the candidate should be organised, tenacious and compassionate, with the community at the heart of their work. The successful applicant will also need to work flexibly and some evening and weekend work may be required, this will include attendance at the Health and Wellbeing Committee/Working Group meetings which are held one evening per month.
